1. Create a 1/1 container
2. Place your background image on the container*
   1. Columns would also work and allow for multiple instances
   2. Columns allow for styling
3. Place a code element in the column
4. Adjust the padding or use separators to show the image the way you want
5. Add a link to the column and choose lightbox as the target.
