This originated as a request of the Facebook Group to add a partial border. Can a border be added to a column that has dimensions smaller than the column? This is more of a CSS feature than an Avada capability. There are some builders that have this feature, but Avada is not one of them (at the time of this post). This combines absolute positioning and either the ::before or ::after pseudo element. The pseudo element allows you to define a box and the positions is set relative to the parent object. In this example, I just applied the .bordered class to my column. The column has a box shadow and a negative margin applied.
