A new quirk I have noticed is that YouTube videos without values in the settings will not show up. I am not sure if this is a new bug, related to placeholder images (facade) or if it has always been that way. By default, embedded videos are supposed to be 560×315, and on full pages, I usually set them to 1120 x 630 and then let the responsive features resize as needed.

The large size is not appropriate in all cases, so here is a list of 16:9 sizes to use.
